Fairy tales wouldn't exist if it weren't for the villains in them. So we decided our first villain costume would be the fantastic Sea Witch ... We designed a one shoulder stretch velvet top, and for the peplum we went for a tentacle inspired shape, also in black velvet. The long skirt underneath is a multiple layer, sparkly purple tulle, lined in a cotton underskirt, because OF COURSE, our dresses are always soft and comfy. Final note: includes the seashell necklace!
